Wanderer's Crossing River Retreat

Wanderer's Crossing River Retreat, (formerly Willow Bend Caravan Park) has undergone a major transformation in the last three years. Capitalizing on it's unmatched location of riverfront to one of Australia's most iconic destinations, the Junction of the Darling/Baaka and Murray rivers.

Situated within walking distance of the historic town of Wentworth, you can't go wrong with setting up base for a few days and exploring the surroundings, including the World Heritage listed Mungo National Park, ancient Perry Sand Hills and the Old Wentworth Gaol.

Tony and Ana Smith
Ana and Tony are proud locals. Tony was born in the Wentworth Hospital across the river from the Park, and met his beautiful wife in the Royal Hotel 200 metres down the Street. She was a Kiwi travelling Australia and Wentworth was her last stop.

They've had many varied adventures in their 33 years together and decided Wanderer's Crossing will be another awesome escapade!!

Although the Park is new, they are looking forward to putting their own brand on the unfolding development of Wanderer's Crossing.
Meet Ace. Ace is Tony & Ana's "fur baby" and part of the family. Ace will be there to welcome you on arrival.

Ace loves pats, the odd treat and loves other dogs.

Ace welcomes all your dogs to the park, but he does ask that they remain on a lead at all times. Just respect for all the visitors in the park.
